About Us

EnPro's professional staff of scientists and engineers has extensive experience in each of our service areas and has worked on sites throughout the nation. In addition, our assignments have afforded up opportunities to work with many different groups, including financial institutions, government agencies, private companies, nonprofit groups, trade associations, and individuals. We understand the complexities of each and know how to employ the right balance of knowledge, experience, sensitivity, and confidentiality to meet specific needs and prepare sound advice.

Thank you for the opportunity to present our services. This web site describes EnPro's experience and capabilities in providing environmental services.   Sometimes you don't get just what you pay for; you get more. When a company is small, overhead is low, and when a company specializes, experience means efficiency. We offer experience, value, timeliness, and accessibility. Our streamlined operation and specialized focus mean thoroughness, cost efficiency, immediate response, and reliable deadlines. EnPro is committed to providing professional opinions in a timely manner at a reasonable fee.

Established in 1988, EnPro Assessment Corp (EnPro) is a St. Paul environmental consulting firm that specializes in environmental site assessments (ESAs). The professional staff of geoscientists provides the following services:

  • Environmental assessments (all phases).
  • Tank Removal Assessments.
  • Soil, building materials, air, and water sample collection; chemical testing; analysis and evaluation.
  • Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Voluntarily Investigation and Cleanup Program (VIC)
  • Third party reviews of reports, proposals and invoices.
  • Expert Witness and litigation support

EnPro's technical staff have performed thousands of environmental assessments, mostly in the Upper Midwest, but also nationwide--from raw land to industrial complexes; for owners, buyers, attorneys, lenders, tenants and landlords. The technical staff of EnPro, currently all geologists, has extensive experience in conducting environmental site assessments, including AAI, ASTM, and VIC (Minnesota) Phase I and II Assessments as well as tank excavation observations, site assessments, and remedial assessments.

Our experienced, well-trained scientists give expert and objective opinions in a concise, readable format. EnPro documents will stand up to the full length of a client's potential responsibility for a property. Because 95% of our assessments are related to the transfer of real estate, commercial, and residential, the focus of instruction, education, and training is on the impacts of these laws and regulations on the management and sale of real estate.

When a project is finished we are there to provide any assistance that clients or other parties relying on the report may require.
